*made myself some popsicles which taste AMAZING!
Ingredients:
- 1 Whole Mango
- 1 Orange, Juice + 1 TBSP Zest
- 1 Lime, Juice + 1 TBSP Zest
- 1 Cup Almond Milk
- 4 TBSP Cream of Coconut (Can be omitted for 1/4 C Coconut Milk + Sweetner)
Directions:
- Take everything and throw it into a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour into a measuring cup, and slowly pour an even amount of smoothie into popsicle molds.
- Freeze.
