    *made myself some popsicles which taste AMAZING!

    Ingredients:

    • 1 Whole Mango
    • 1 Orange, Juice + 1 TBSP Zest
    • 1 Lime, Juice + 1 TBSP Zest
    • 1 Cup Almond Milk
    • 4 TBSP Cream of Coconut (Can be omitted for 1/4 C Coconut Milk + Sweetner)
    Directions:
    1. Take everything and throw it into a blender and blend until smooth.
    2. Pour into a measuring cup, and slowly pour an even amount of smoothie into popsicle molds.
    3. Freeze.
    Nutritional Information, (according to myfitnesspal):
    • Calories: 136
    • Carbs: 27
    • Fat: 4
    • Protein: 1
    • Sugar: 21
    • Fiber: 3
